1. With which presentation systems are these clips compatible?

   A. Currently the clips can be viewed on Quicktime and Microsoft Media Player. These programs permit use of both Mac or PC systems.

2. What is the purpose of the "list" function?

   A. We have tried to provide an opportunity for you to do two things.

• To work as a group (e.g., Teacher and Teaching Assistants) with a common list to develop a set of clips to be incorporated in the class
• To allow a list of clips to be made available to the students in a course with read only access

3. What are the best search terms to use?

   A. Terms referring to equipment processes, standard "unit operations," commodities that use the equipment and many synonyms should work.

4. What if I want the whole tape/CD/DVD?

5. How do I become a reviewer?

6. Can I suggest other materials and/or provide additional materials?

   A. Please contact us through the feedback page. We have prepared a transmittal agreement for materials. Please read the transmittal agreement for materials (and preferably sign it also) before sending materials.

7. Can I add material to the list without logging on?

   A. No. You need to be logged on for this function to work properly.
