What else you’ll find with the clips Each video clip is accompanied by additional information including a description of the clip, contact information for company supplying the clip, foods that could be processed using the equipment, and unit operations represented by the equipment. What you can do with these clips These clips are available for viewing online and for downloading. Each clip is available in the Quicktime and Windows Media file formats. You can create, save, and edit lists of selected clips, making it convenient for you to quickly find clips of interest and to share a list with students or colleagues. Some example uses of lists Create an account based on the course name. Create one or more lists for students in that course to view. Create separate accounts for separate courses. Save several clips to a list. You or an assistant can use the list later to download and save the clips. Do multiple keyword searches on a related general theme, add all the resulting clips to a list. Edit the list at a later time to delete the clips that don’t best fit the theme’s purpose.
