The materials found on this site have been provided by the copyright owner of these materials and are for educational purposes. Full credit must be given to the copyright holder. Rather than try to proscribe a list of appropriate uses and inappropriate uses, we’d like to give our users more freedom. (Part of the Cornell tradition is “Freedom with Responsibility.”) We suggest that the following might be a good guideline: If I was the copyright holder, i.e., a food processor or a food equipment manufacturer, would I want MY TAPES used for the proposed purpose, having made them available to this educational site?
